Clearing the workspace removes temporary documents and download links. It does not delete original files on your device or PDFs you have already downloaded.

How to use Cezar PDF Tools

Upload PDFs or JPG/JPEG/PNG images. Images become PDF pages automatically; add several documents to merge them.
Select pages to extract or rotate them. Change their order with the arrows or drag them, delete unwanted pages, or remove a document from the task.
Open “Edit elements” on a page to add an image, logo, sticker or a Code 128 barcode with your own value.
Select an element, then drag it or use the move and size buttons. Image proportions stay fixed. “Remove element” removes only that element.
Edits apply to the current page. Use “Apply to all pages” explicitly to place the element throughout the task.
Save all pages to merge them, extract selected pages, or split into single-page PDFs. Download the generated files; added elements are embedded in them.
After downloading, use “Clear all / New task” to clear the temporary workspace. Original files and downloaded PDFs stay on your device.

This tool adds elements to pages; it does not edit existing PDF text or perform OCR. Open the exported PDF to check the final pages and overlays.
Password-protected or unreadable PDFs may be rejected. Use a readable copy you can open, and reduce the task size if your device runs short of memory.

Cezar PDF Tools works with pages from multiple PDFs and JPG, JPEG or PNG images. Put the pages in the order you need, rotate scans and remove unwanted pages before exporting. Save all visible pages as one PDF, extract a selection, or split the task into individual page files.

Add images and barcodes without changing originals

Use page overlays for a logo, image, sticker or Code 128 barcode. Position and resize each element on the preview, and apply it to other pages only when needed. The exported PDF contains the added elements. This page-based workflow does not replace original text or recognize scanned text; originals remain on your device.

Questions about PDF processing

Does this edit the text already in my PDF?

No. You can organize pages and add image or Code 128 overlays. Editing existing text and OCR are not available.

What does splitting produce?

Splitting creates a separate PDF for each page. Use the generated download links to save the files you need.

Are the documents uploaded to a server?

No. Processing runs locally in your browser. Download the results before clearing the task or leaving the page.
